1960 Cadillac Eldorado Convertible with only sixty thousand miles on this particular auto. After being stored in Florida it was sold to Jocco's Auto World Inc. Jocco after hours of reading The Robb Report and seeing the Cadillac for sale he called his long time friend and mentor Mr. Bobby Bowden of Florida State University and asked if he would check the records at Florida State University and see if it was the same Cadillac which was used in the Florida State University Football and Basket Ball parades also in the Alumnis events such as the parades etc.
Yes, it was the very same Cadillac Convertible it was owned by a Florida State University  Professor; he furthermore has passed away and it is his wife who has it up for sale. Because Jocco was on duty elsewhere he asked Bobby his long time friend would he purchase the car and he would have his wife meet with him once a price was set in place. Mr Bobby Bowden said he would and about a month later Bobby called Jocco and told him he purchased the car and it was now his. For many years the car was in all of the parades, functions, games, both football and  basket ball etc.
Now some people may not be aware of life as a Florida State University graduate
and just that fact alone being a graduate  and how this could help. My wife at that time was an actress and her Aunt was Miss E. Fulton who had something to do with day time Soap shows. Her nickname was Christmas and what a gift she was! For many years I more or less felt honored to be her husband as she could do it all etc.
Christmas was on an independent vacation in Crystal River, Florida. She needed a small truck for around the estate, so she went out shopping and found this little (cute) Burgundy truck it was all tricked out with a Silver design. But she was a shopper, so after a few days she returned to SunShine Nissan and asked the fellow the usual questions. He asked her who was the vehicle for etc.
Well, she was becoming upset because the dealer wanted to (hello T.O. her) etc.
But she said let me call my husband and see what he wants me to do? Then Christmas called my father and had her purse scattered all over this fellows desk. She was watching him look at her purse, is your husband a graduate of FSU (Yes) what year (1986) he then asked do you have a checking account? (Yes) can I see one of your checks (Yes) I see you have our university logo on your checking account (Yes) half of my husbands wardrobe is FSU (Why) well your all approved, now tell me do you want to put a down payment and how much? or nothing down and small payments? Well
let me see you live locally, how about nothing down and your payment would be (XXX) well the payments do have to be small because it all comes out of the household budget, we could have the truck ready in a few hours, (OK) Why? the special treatment? This is Florida and we take care of our own. By the way did you ever see his FSU graduation Picture? (No)! Here let me show you and he did.
My step mom often said to others even when my husband is not around those who have met my husband never forget him etc.
